These terms set out the rules that govern your use of pk slow. We have written them as plainly as possible so that every Pakistani player knows exactly what they are agreeing to before they play.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and pk slow ("we", "us", "the platform") governing your access to and use of the pk slow website located at pkslow.net and all associated games, features, and services offered on it.
By registering an account on pk slow, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform.
pk slow is designed and operated specifically for players in Pakistan. All financial transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported payment methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT transfers, and Visa/Mastercard. Nothing in these Terms should be read as an invitation to players in jurisdictions where online gaming is illegal.
Plain language note: We have written these Terms as clearly as possible. Where a clause needs specific legal phrasing, we have added a plain-English explanation alongside it. If anything is still unclear, contact our support team at support@pkslow.net before you play.
To register and use a pk slow account you must satisfy all of the following conditions:
Underage play: Allowing a person under 18 to use your pk slow account is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances. pk slow actively uses age verification procedures and cooperates with relevant regulatory bodies on this matter.
pk slow reserves the right to carry out age and identity verification checks at any point. If a player cannot satisfy these checks within the timeframe requested, pk slow may suspend the account and withhold withdrawals pending verification.
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one pk slow account at any given time. Duplicate accounts – whether registered using different email addresses, different phone numbers, or different payment methods from the same person – are a breach of these Terms. pk slow uses device fingerprinting, IP monitoring, and payment method cross-referencing to identify duplicate registrations.
If a duplicate account is detected, pk slow reserves the right to close all related accounts, void all pending bets, and confiscate any bonus balance or winnings derived from bonus funds across those accounts.
You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering your pk slow account. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, phone number, and payment method details. pk slow is not responsible for any issues arising from incorrect information submitted during registration, including failed withdrawals caused by mismatched payment details.
You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk slow login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any other person. Any activity conducted under your account credentials is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact pk slow support immediately at support@pkslow.net.
Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available on all pk slow accounts and is strongly recommended. Enable it from your account security settings. This adds a second verification step using your mobile phone whenever a new device attempts to log in.
You may close your pk slow account at any time by contacting support via live chat or email. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method within five business days, provided your account is in good standing and no withdrawals are pending dispute.
pk slow reserves the right to suspend or close any account, without prior notice, where there is reasonable evidence of: breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, collusion with other players, use of prohibited software or automated tools, money laundering activity, or provision of false registration information. In cases of confirmed fraud, pk slow may withhold all balances and report the matter to relevant authorities.
An account is classified as inactive if there has been no login, deposit, or wagering activity for a period of twelve consecutive months. After this period, pk slow may apply a monthly administration fee of Rs 200 to the account balance to cover maintenance costs. You will be notified by email before any fee is applied. The fee will not reduce your balance below zero.
pk slow accepts deposits in PKR via the following methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT transfer, and Visa or Mastercard. All deposit amounts are credited to your account balance in Pakistani Rupees with no currency conversion charges applied by pk slow.
pk slow only accepts deposits from payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits made from accounts belonging to third parties may be returned and the account suspended pending investigation.
If a deposit does not appear in your pk slow account within 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number. Do not attempt the same deposit a second time until the first has been investigated, to avoid duplicate charges.
pk slow is committed to fast withdrawals. Standard processing times from request to receipt are:
Important: Attempting to withdraw funds that include active bonus balance will trigger a review. You will be given the option to either continue meeting the wagering requirement or forfeit the bonus and withdraw the real-money portion only. pk slow will never automatically forfeit a bonus without informing you first.
All bonuses offered by pk slow are subject to terms specific to that promotion, in addition to these general bonus rules. The specific terms for each promotion are displayed on the pk slow Promotions page and must be read before a bonus is claimed.
Most pk slow deposit bonuses carry a wagering requirement. This is expressed as a multiplier applied to the bonus amount (not the deposit plus bonus). For example, a 15x wagering requirement on a Rs 10,000 bonus means you must wager Rs 150,000 across eligible games before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash. Your wagering progress is always visible in your account dashboard.
Not all game types contribute equally to wagering requirements. Jackpot slots contribute 100%, standard slots 100%, live casino table games 20%, and sports betting 10%. These contribution rates may vary by promotion and are stated specifically on the relevant promotional page.
The following pk slow bonuses carry zero wagering requirements and are credited as fully withdrawable cash: Weekly Cashback (credited every Monday), Daily Live Casino Cashback, and Birthday Bonuses for all VIP tiers. When these bonuses are credited, there is no additional step required before withdrawal.
pk slow monitors all bonus activity. Strategies designed to exploit bonus terms – including placing offsetting bets, manipulating game choices to abuse contribution rates, or creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once – constitute bonus abuse. Accounts found engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonus balances forfeited and may be permanently closed.
Only one bonus may be active on your account at a time, unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use pk slow for personal entertainment purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any pk slow content without prior written authorisation from pk slow.
pk slow provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, error-free service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform or that all games will be available at all times.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk slow's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
pk slow is not liable for: indirect or consequential losses, loss of profits, loss of opportunity, losses arising from your reliance on information displayed on the platform, or losses caused by events outside our reasonable control including telecommunications failures, third-party payment system outages, or government actions.
This limitation does not affect your statutory consumer rights under applicable Pakistani law. If you believe pk slow has acted unlawfully or in bad faith, you may raise a dispute via our support team, who will investigate and respond within 5 business days.
Your personal data is collected and processed by pk slow in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
pk slow will never sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with payment processors, identity verification services, and regulatory bodies as required to operate the platform legally and securely.
All personal data and financial transactions on pk slow are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting support@pkslow.net.
These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of pk slow shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk slow holds its operating licence. By registering an account, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through pk slow's internal dispute resolution process.
pk slow's internal dispute resolution process must be exhausted before any legal proceedings are initiated. To raise a dispute, contact support@pkslow.net with the subject line "Formal Dispute" and a full description of your complaint. pk slow will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide a full response within five business days.
pk slow reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players by email at least seven days before the changes take effect. The updated Terms will also be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date.
Your continued use of pk slow after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you should close your account before the effective date and withdraw your remaining balance.
Minor updates – such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or formatting changes that do not alter the substance of any rule – may be made without advance notice.
